Screening Test & Interview
The screening test will include the below outlined program.
Psychomotor Assessment: The psychomotor assessment consists of six sub tests designed to screen zero and low hour candidates for key pilot aptitude and abilities. The test assesses a candidate’s hand/foot/eye coordination, scan rate, tracking, mental mathematics, memory, orientation, and their ability to multi-task.
Personality Profile: The personality profile is designed to measure a broad range of personality traits that are important in determining if the applicants possesses appropriate behavious required to become a safe and disciplined pilot.
Basic Math Physical Concepts Placement Test: To be successful in the program, knowledge of basic math physical principles is essential.A relevant foundation course is available for those applicants who need some additional training to be successful.
