All students applying for a full or partial refund of fees, or transfer of fees from one course to another, are obliged to complete, and submit to Admissions Office, a fee refund/transfer application. The applicants should clearly indicate the course details, the course withdrawal date and/or course transfer details. All applications must include an explanation for the request. Students withdrawing from training will be subjected to a mandatory Administration fee based on the course for which they are enrolled. The Finance Department will verify the student's fees and will process all
approved applications. All applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Transfer of fees from one course to the next will be allowed only once. Once a transfer of fees is processed for a particular course the student cannot then apply for a further transfer or refund. Students who are suspended or excluded from a course for any disciplinary reasons will not be eligible for a refund or transfer of tuition fees either in part or in full.
The maximum refund amount will be calculated as per the below schedule

The refund is calculated based on the actual hours attended at SAFA. Rates applicable to the respective course for the attended duration, along with the Administration charges will be deducted from the paid amount before computing the percentage of refund applicable.
